The Collections Department can assist customers with payments on their accounts as well as answer and billing questions they may have.  Our clerks can be reached at (781) 596-2400.

The Collections Department Responsibilities

• Receive checks mailed to the Commission and post to customer accounts
• Assist customers with payments at our office
• Answer any billing inquires for our customers
